Pro-Align

Misalignment of the pumping unit is automatically corrected with the Harbison-Fischer Pro- Align polished rod alignment tool. This unique tool allows the stuffing box to adjust to the actual working path of the polished rod, rather than bending it through an out-of-alignment stuffing box. Angular and horizontal misalignment can be corrected up to the limit of the tubing below the well head.

Flap-Tite

A broken polished rod can create an environmental hazard by allowing pressurized well fluids or gases to escape your control. The Harbison-Fischer Flap-Tite polished rod flapper valve closes if the polished rod breaks and falls past the valve, allowing the Flap-Tite to shut off the flow of well fluids and minimize the harm. The Flap-Tite can be mounted as a stand- alone unit or between the Pro-Align and Quik-Seal.

Quik-Seal

Spending too much time adjusting seals on newly packed stuffing boxes? The Harbison- Fischer Quik-Seal Stuffing Box is an inverted cone type stuffing box with an integral replaceable O-ring and lower insert, designed to keep well fluids from moving around the outside of the cone seals, thus putting the adjustment pressure where it is needed, around the polished rod. This innovative stuffing box can be mounted on the Flap-Tite or directly to the Pro-Align for your unique well head situation.

Enviro-Guard

How about a good insurance value? The Harbison-Fischer Enviro-Guard stuffing box is a pressure actuated stuffing box invented to be the safety net for the primary Quik-Seal stuffing box because someday (or night) your primary seals might wear out. Don’t worry, Enviro-Guard is waiting to pressure-flex around the polished rod, seal the pressure and alert the crew or shut down the well through a pipe threaded port connected to your choice of pressure transducer devices. The optional Enviro-Guard mounts on top of the Quik-Seal and sits at the top of the Well Head Tool stack.
